At Thiio, we provide digital services and software access. This fulfillment policy outlines our refund, cancellation, and service delivery terms to ensure transparency and build trust with our customers.
Digital Delivery Only
Thiio does not ship physical products. All services, deliverables, and platform access are delivered digitally via our internal systems or online SaaS platform.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund window for all new customers. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial order. Upon approval, your payment will be refunded in full. However, please note that all access to the platform will be revoked, and any development work or deliverables provided during that period will be forfeited.To request a refund, please contact us through your account dashboard or email us at support@thiio.com.
Returns
As we do not sell physical products, we do not offer returns. In lieu of returns, customers may either cancel their service or request a refund (subject to our refund policy above).
Cancellation Policy
All services are billed on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
